Every adjustment is tailored to your needs to help you move and feel your best!

    Intersegmental Traction (IST)

This specific type of traction is used for nearly all of our patients during their visits. Intersegmental traction separates the vertebrae to allow blood flow to the discs, exercises muscles/ligaments, and stimulates important acupuncture points.

  • Dry Needling

    Dry Needling

Dry needling is a targeted therapy that uses thin needles to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve movement. By stimulating trigger points, it helps break up tight knots and restore normal function—getting you back to feeling your best, faster!
